OSCE AI Pro is designed and built in Canada, by Kaleidoscope XR in Calgary and Dr. Guo in Toronto. Its cases are written by clinicians and educators in seven Canadian cities, with contributors as far away as Texas and Nebraska.

OSCE AI Pro is an AI-powered platform for Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) practice. Medical students and healthcare professionals get a full library of OSCE stations, realistic virtual patients, and personal coaching that shows where they are weak and what to practise next.
Who created OSCE AI Pro?
OSCE AI Pro was created by Dr. Eddie Guo, a neurosurgery resident physician at the University of Toronto, in partnership with Kaleidoscope XR, a Calgary-based technology company specializing in immersive learning. Together, they developed the platform to help medical students prepare for their clinical examinations.
Why was OSCE AI Pro created?
Medical students often get too little practice with realistic clinical scenarios before their OSCE exams. OSCE AI Pro gives trainees a safe, tailored place to practise patient communication, medical management, and the clinical skills OSCEs test.
